ORDERS

How long will it take for my order to be ship?

Due to the handmade nature of the products they can take between 1-2 weeks for your order to be made.

📢⚠️ Last guaranteed date for Australian orders is 30th November.

International is 14th November.

All orders past this date will still be in production of course however may or may not be guaranteed to get to you by Christmas. We understand this is a quite far off date to Christmas but given the current COVID-19 Shipping delays that are still upons us, this is for safety precautions.

What if i change my mind or want to cancel my order?

We allow 24 hours for order changes/cancel of order, however past this time your order will be in the production process so therefore we cannot cancel/change. However please let us know as soon as you can, we may be able to ease or fix your concern. 

 

PRODUCT CARE

How can I care for my Sass Hound Products?

We recommend you hand wash and spot clean all products due to the delicate nature of the product and hardware. Please allow to dry flat down and avoid direct sunlight. Due to Metal hardware on most products scratches will inevitably occur over time.

What payment options do you have?

We offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Afterpay, Google pay and Apple Pay.

Is there additional taxes charged?

All cost including GST have been included in the prices, so they will be no additional cost for taxes.

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping times will vary on your locations. Australian standard post can take between 2-5 days. International Shipping will take 7-14 days.*

* The above delivery time-frames are only estimations delivery delays during transit may occur from time to time. *Public Holidays: Not included as delivery days.

Do you Ship Worldwide?

We definitely do! 

How much does Shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary of your location, this will be present at checkout.

Do you have free shipping?

We do offer free shipping over orders of $100 in Australia only.

 

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Can I get a refund if it doesn't fit?

We are a small business and due to the handmade nature of our products we do not offer a refund or exchange on orders that do not fit, so please be careful in placing your order, ensuring you use the sizing guide and putting in your measurements in designated text boxes. If for any reason you may need to return your order due to a fault, please let us know immediately.

We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products, please send an email to us with photos included.
